30-day commercial return policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. For a commercial return beyond your statutory withdrawal period, items must be unused, with their tags and original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Email caldris.customer.care@outlook.com with your order number. We will provide return instructions and a return shipping label, as on our original store. Do not send a parcel to an unconfirmed address.

For a full refund of the Duo Pack, return both jackets and the two included power banks. This does not restrict any remedy for a defective item. For an exchange, contact us to arrange the return and a new order. Commercial returns are refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval following inspection; contact us if the refund is not visible after 15 business days.
