This policy explains how Caldris uses personal information when you browse, order or contact us. Contact for privacy requests: caldris.customer.care@outlook.com.

Information and purposes

We process the contact, delivery, order, payment-status and account information you provide to prepare and perform purchases, deliveries, returns and customer support. Required fields are identified in the relevant form; without the information needed for an order, we cannot fulfil it. Payment providers process payment credentials. Please do not send card details through our contact form.

Shopify and its service providers also process technical data such as IP address, browser details and activity on the store. Order processing relies on performance of a contract or steps requested before a contract; accounting records rely on legal obligations; fraud prevention, site security and handling claims rely on legitimate interests, subject to your rights. Optional analytics, advertising trackers and marketing requiring consent are based on that consent. Merely browsing does not constitute consent to optional tracking.
