Welcome to Caldris. This website presents our heated jacket and related packs to consumers in France. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform; purchases are made with the seller operating Caldris, not with Shopify.

Use the site lawfully, provide accurate order information and protect access to your account. Do not interfere with security, introduce malicious code or infringe the rights of others. The site's content and branding may not be reused without permission except where permitted by law.

Product colours may differ slightly between screens. Follow the product instructions, including disconnecting and removing the power bank before washing. These instructions do not exclude our statutory obligations or your rights concerning defective or unsafe products.

Purchases are governed by our Return Policy and Shipping Policy. Data processing is described in our Privacy Policy. Changes to the site or these terms do not retrospectively change an existing order. Mandatory consumer rights remain applicable.
