FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Got questions?
Is a power bank included?
Yes with the Duo Pack: two hoodies and two compatible USB power banks. One hoodie is sold without a battery; you can add one using the option above.
How long does the heat last?
Runtime depends on power bank capacity, the heat level and outside temperature. A fixed runtime has not been confirmed for this model. Lower heat generally uses less power.

What size should I get?
Available from XXS to 2XL, with a relaxed fit. Use the garment measurements above and compare with a hoodie you own. Choose the larger size if you prefer extra room.
